A structured database holds the rentable assets - structured by Make, model and variant
Features and options also recorded
Assets can include attachments
- For example, buckets can be separate or attached to excavators
- Any movement (or rental) of the asset is assumed to apply to the attachment as well
- Attachments can be added or removed while the asset is on rent
Assets are normally individually rented, but batches are also supported.
Assets can be 3rd party owned
Balances and summaries show asset value and rental performance
